Charlotte County deputies are on the scene of a major crash on US-41, near Sunseeker Resort, in Charlotte Harbor.
Photos from the scene show what appears to be a collision between a semi-truck and an RV. It is unclear at this time if anyone was injured in the crash.
Northbound lanes are closed near Sunseeker Resort. Drivers should expect heavy delays as traffic is being rerouted in the area.
Deputies ask that drivers avoid the area if possible.
