Man charged after throwing urine on employee, merchandise: affidavit

A man was charged after throwing bottles of urine inside a business, hitting at least one employee, according to a Pinellas County affidavit.

JC, 51, did more than $1,000 worth of damage at Doors, Moulding & More in St. Petersburg when he threw bottles of his urine into the business, the document read.

The suspect was reportedly angry that they would not give him a job interview, so he filled multiple bottles with urine, went to the front doorway and splashed the contents into the building.

The affidavit said the urine splattered on the bare legs of an employee, as well as merchandise valued at an estimated $1,000.

In addition to felony battery and criminal mischief, C was charged with aggravated assault. The affidavit said he fled on foot after throwing the urine and was chased by the victim, at which point he raised a skateboard in the air as if to strike him with it.

According to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, C is a registered sex offender.
