A driver has died after crashing his car into another vehicle while traveling south on I-275 near Milepost 37.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 59-year-old Palmetto man lost control of his Toyota Camry after suffering a medical emergency.
The car veered into the center-right lane of I-275 where it hit a Honda Accord, driven by a 73-year-old Palm Bay woman, while she was stopped.
The Toyota came to rest after colliding with a barrier.
The driver was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
