A 36-year-old man from Mississippi is dead after being hit by a vehicle in Ocala Monday night.
According to Florida Highway Patrol troopers, a sedan was traveling southbound on US Highway 441 at around 11:30 p.m.
The 36-year-old was walking across the southbound lanes on US Highway 441 when the driver of the sedan hit the 36-year-old.
The 36-year-old was pronounced dead.
