A woman was killed, and a man was seriously injured in a Lehigh Acres crash between a pickup truck and a motorcycle on Feb. 21 at 4:17 p.m.
Two people from Cape Coral were reportedly at a stop sign on Columbus Boulevard when a pickup truck collided with them while attempting to cross the eastbound lanes of State Road 82.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the 86-year-old man driving the motorcycle suffered critical injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene. FHP is still working to identify them as continue investigating this crash.
The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
