A motorcyclist has died after colliding with a roadway sign, FHP reports.

On Aug. 11 a 24-year-old Wesley Chapel man was driving a Kawasaki Ninja when he lost control, overturned and travelled off the roadway, according to FHP spokesperson.

The driver was travelling northbound on US-301 when he lost control passing other traffic on a wet roadway.
