Motorcyclist dies after flat tire causes him to be ejected in Palm Beach County

A man died after he was thrown from his motorcycle after it experienced a flat tire.

According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) crash report on Monday at around 12:48 p.m., Frank Berry, was traveling on U.S. Highway 27 in the right lane.

While Berry rode his vehicle, the motorcycle experienced a flat tire, causing him to be ejected from the vehicle. Both Berry and the motorcycle came to a rest on the southeast shoulder.

Berry sustained critical injuries and was taken to the Delray Medical Center. He was pronounced dead at 4:30 p.m.
