A motorcyclist died Sunday after crashing into a car on Roosevelt Boulevard, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
FHP said the 47-year-old motorcyclist was speeding northbound on Roosevelt Boulevard.
Around 6:30 p.m., a sedan traveling southbound attempted to turn left onto Rensselaer Avenue, entering the path of the motorcycle, FHP said.
Troopers said the front of the motorcycle slammed into the passenger’s side of the car.
The impact flipped the car, leaving the 67-year-old driver with minor injuries, FHP said.
The motorcyclist died at the hospital.
