Ocala man sentenced to 17 years in prison for DUI manslaughter

 Officials with the 5th Judicial Circuit announced the sentencing of a man involved in a fatal DUI manslaughter case in Ocala Monday afternoon.

A jury sentenced Douglas Williams Jr, 58, to 17 years for the 2018 deadly crash that killed Clifford Green, 46.

State troopers say the crash happened in December of 2018 at the intersection of US 441 and Southeast 80th Street in Ocala after Williams ran a red light.
