Palm Beach County Fire Rescue extinguishes house fire in Loxahatchee Groves

Palm Beach County Fire Rescue battled a house fire in Loxahatchee Groves on Tuesday.

According to PBCFR, units were sent to Loxahatchee Grove at 3:10 p.m. Upon arrival, units found a single story house ablaze with one person outside.

That person told firefighters that they were unsure if there was an additional person inside, PBCFR says.

While firefighters attacked the blaze, the person found outside was flown to the hospital by Trauma hawk. There were no additional people inside the building, PBCFR says.

PBCFR had the fire put out in under 30 minutes, PBCFR said.
