Palm Beach County firefighters swiftly control SUV blaze at Lake Worth gas station

The Palm Beach County Fire Rescue (PBCFR) battled a car fire on Tuesday night.

According to PBCFR units responded to the scene at around 8:20 p.m. near Lake Worth Road and Congress Ave. Upon arrival, firefighters came across a SUV with an engine compartment fire that was in the parking lot of a gas station.

Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control in less than two minutes.

PBCFR says there were no reported injuries and that a fire investigator is investigating the scene.
