The Largo Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run accident ending in a fatality on Wednesday night.
According to the LPD, a person was crossing the road on Roosevelt Boulevard when a vehicle struck them and fled the scene.
Shortly after the person was struck, a second vehicle hit the person who was still in the road. The person in the second vehicle did stay on scene, according to LPD.
LPD asks if anyone witnessed the crash to call the Police Department.
