Authorities are investigating after a person was hit by an Amazon truck.
It happened on Wednesday evening around the 4200 block of Spring Tree Drive in Sunrise.
Police confirmed that a pedestrian was struck, but did not provide any information on the circumstances that led up to the incident.
The victim was taken to Broward General Hospital, police said.
Authorities did not provide any update on their health status.
There has been no word on whether the driver will be facing any charges.
