Authorities are investigating after they said a driver struck a pedestrian in Aventura on Monday evening.
It happened around the 2900 block of Aventura Boulevard.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue confirmed receiving a call about multiple pedestrians being hit, but medics took only one person to a nearby trauma center.
They did not provide any information on the victim’s age, gender, condition, or circumstances that led up to the incident.
There has been no word on whether the driver will cited or charged.
