A person was flown to a hospital Wednesday as a trauma alert after a mobile home fire in Polk County, according to Polk County Fire Rescue.

The fire happened at 10:35 a.m. on Regel Loop in the Mulberry area, officials said.

The fire was out in about 10 minutes and no firefighters were injured, according to officials.

The Red Cross will assist those who were displaced by the fire.

The cause remains under investigation.
