One person was injured after attempting to cross railroad tracks and climb between two parked train cars on Tuesday.
The spokesperson for the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) said the incident happened at around 3:30 p.m. near 21st Street and A E Isaacs Avenue. Officers reported that the person tried to navigate between two stationary train cars when the train unexpectedly began to move. The person sustained injuries during the attempt and was transported to a nearby hospital shortly after.
The individual’s condition has not been released following their hospitalization. Police confirmed the investigation remains ongoing.
