One person was injured in a shooting on Monday around 7:42 p.m., according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies are investigating and said the shooting happened on Linville Road off Tymber Creek Road, north of State Road 40.
“Turn yourself in that’s what I’ll tell him. If you’re man enough to pull a gun, you’re man enough to go to jail,” said E A, the victim’s brother.
The victim was taken to the hospital.
