Pickup truck flips over on palm tree in Tice, deputies investigate

NBC2 is working to learn more after a truck flipped on to its roof during a crash in Tice early Thursday morning.

NBC2 crews responded to the scene where they said they saw the truck lying upside down, on top of a tree.

The crash occurred off of Carolina Avenue, just off Palm Beach Boulevard and west of Ortiz Avenue, around 3 a.m.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene. A tow truck was seen there shortly after taking the truck away.

It is unclear if anyone suffered injuries as a result of the crash. This is an ongoing investigation.
