Police: Teen hospitalized after shooting in Tampa

Tampa Police officers are investigating a shooting that left a teen hospitalized on Tuesday afternoon.

Police responded around 1 p.m. to the 2100 block of West Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd for reports of a shooting. They found a teen with a gunshot wound who was taken to the hospital. Police said his condition is stable.

Officials said there was an altercation that took place before the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
