Geico v. 2187
In Geico v. 2187 filed in 2020, Geico claimed that a PTP was taking place. Geico claimed that virtually every patient had the same range of motion findings: cervical flexion 40/50; cervical extension 50/60; cervical left lateral 40/45; cervical right lateral 40/45; cervical left rotation 70/80; cervical right rotation 70/80; lumbar flexion 50/60; lumbar extension 20/25. It would be impossible that every Initial Examination had the same conclusions.

This is based on a real court case that was previously filed against a medical provider/doctor.
