School bus carrying 20 children crashes in Columbia County

A Columbia County school bus carrying 20 children crashed after a pickup truck struck the side of the bus, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

On Thursday afternoon, the school bus was driving north on State Road 47 and was preparing to make a right turn when the pickup truck driver crashed into the right side of the bus.

Only one child was reported with minor injuries from the crash along with the driver of the pickup truck.
