 Boca Raton resident Shannon Ashe is back in jail Thursday morning, just weeks after her last arrest. Ashe is facing multiple charges filed by the Boynton Beach Police Department.

According to records provided to BocaNewsNow.com by the Palm Beach County Jail, Ashe is charged with DUI, Child Neglect WITH Great Bodily Harm, Refusing to Submit to A DUI Test, and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked for the Third or Subsequent Time. She was booked into jail at 11:46 on Wednesday night.

Wednesday night’s arrest is the latest arrest for Ashe. She was taken into custody on February 2nd, 2024, and charged with DUI. That charge was filed by the Boca Raton Police Department. That case continues to work its way through the criminal courts system.

Ashe, 39, lists the 400 block of Lancaster Street in Boca Raton as her home address. Bond had not been set as of 5 a.m. Thursday for her Wednesday night arrest.
