Marion County deputies are investigating after a person was brought to a hospital with a gunshot wound.
Investigators aren’t revealing many details tonight, but say that person showed up to a hospital near Ocala with the gunshot wound this afternoon.
They say the shooting happened along Silver Way Drive in Silver Springs Shores.
They say the victim is currently alive and has already gone through surgery.
