SouthTech Academy Boynton Beach Teacher Arrested

A teacher from SouthTech Academy in Boynton Beach is in the Palm Beach County Jail Wednesday night, charged with multiple sexual assault and sexual offense charges.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office issued this statement to BocaNewsNow.com:

“On February 6, 2024, a PBSO investigation led to the arrest of SouthTech English Teacher, Damion Conti, for several counts of Unlawful Sexual Activity with a Minor. After further investigation, PBSO detectives, believe there could be additional victims. 

PBSO urges anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at  1-800-458-TIPS or online at CrimeStoppersPBC.com.

Conti is charged with three counts of “Sex Offense — Authority Figure Solicit Engage Romantic Relationship with Student,” and three counts of “Sex Assault – Sex Battery By 24 YOA+ Victim 16 or 17 Years Of Age.”

He is being held on $200,000 bond.
