ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A 13-year-old boy has died after being shot in a drive-by shooting late Saturday night, police say.
The St. Petersburg Police Department said officers responded to a call reporting shots fired on 11th St. S.
Officers arrived to find the boy, Jaden Hill of Largo, in the driveway with a gunshot wound.
Hill was taken to a local hospital, where he later died of his injuries.
Detectives are currently investigating the homicide, and police said that the shots came from an unknown car.
There is no description of the suspect or vehicle at this time.
