An accident on Back Beach Road caused traffic near Duplin Winery on Friday.
According to the Bay County Traffic Management Center, the accident occurred in the eastbound lane on Panama City Beach Parkway @ North Glades Trail.
The westbound lanes are blocked at Moylan Road and eastbound traffic is blocked at R Jackson Blvd.
Emergence personnel is on the scene, officials said.
