Truck in canal after hit-and-run crash on I-75; at least 1 injured

A crash in Collier County has caused major backups on Interstate 75 in both directions near Immokalee Road.

In footage from the scene you can see a dump truck partially submerged and under a bridge between both the travel lanes near mile marker 112.

It happened just after 4 p.m., Monday.

Florida Highway Patrol officials area classifying this as a hit-and-run with injuries.
