WALDO, Fla. (WCJB) – Two people are dead and two more were injured in a crash in Waldo around 1 a.m. this morning.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers say the victims crashed a stolen car while running from law enforcement.
They say Bradford County deputies were helping them track down a stolen SUV near Waldo.
A trooper did a pit maneuver causing the stolen car to flip over before wrapping around a pole.Firefighters say all four people were inside the same car.
It took crews more than an hour and a half to pull all of the victims out from the wreck.The two surviving passengers were taken to the hospital with traumatic injuries.
