VIDEO: Fire rages near Tampa’s cruise terminal

A fire near the cruise terminal at Port Tampa Bay was caught on camera, as fire sirens were heard blaring through the streets Saturday night.

A video sent to WFLA.com by Chris Conrad captured the fire around 9 p.m. that night. Conrad said he had been working at the Marathon fuel terminal across the channel when he spotted the flames.

The fire appeared to be from a 40-foot connex box, filled with trash, possibly from a cruise ship, Conrad said.

WFLA has reached out to Tampa Fire Rescue for additional information.
