D H is facing multiple counts of DUI manslaughter after a crash earlier this year that killed three members of a family and left a 2-year-old boy without his parents or brother.
Authorities say H was driving at high speed on Military Trail in Lake Worth while under the influence of alcohol or drugs when she rear-ended a car carrying G A-P, her husband, A R, and their two sons — 10-year-old Diego and 2-year-old Fabio. G, A, and D were killed either at the scene or shortly after the collision.
Fabio, now in the care of extended family, was the only survivor.
Howard appeared in court Thursday and was issued a $375,000 bond. She is under house arrest, prohibited from consuming alcohol, and must undergo random testing. She also surrendered her passport.
H is scheduled to return to court next month.
