A woman was hospitalized following a shooting at a Brandon park Sunday morning, the Hillsborough Sheriff’s Office said.
Shortly after 9 a.m., deputies were called to Paul Sanders Park for reports of a shooting following a “domestic dispute.”
When deputies arrived, they found a woman with two gunshot wounds to the lower body. She was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
According to the sheriff’s office, the suspect was taken into custody. No further details were released.
