Woman injured in Pensacola Oakcrest Park shooting, bullets also hit home and vehicle

Shots were fired in a park in Escambia County on Tuesday night, injuring one woman.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office say the shooting happened at Oakcrest Park on Opal Avenue before 8 p.m. Five people were in the park at the time, but only one was injured.

According to the sheriff’s office, a bullet grazed the woman. Her injury is non life-threatening. A home and vehicle were also struck by bullets.

Crime scene investigators found shell casings at the scene. But they have no suspects.
