A 21-year-old woman is dead after she reportedly was hit by two vehicles while walking on State Road 82 in Collier County Saturday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, an SUV and sedan were heading west on SR-82, south of Corkscrew Road.
At around 4:42 a.m., the SUV hit a woman walking in the westbound lane of SR-82. After the initial crash, the sedan hit the woman.
The Immokalee woman was pronounced dead at the scene, FHP said.
