21-year-old Pensacola man critically injured in crash on Mobile Highway

Three people were hospitalized after a crash in Escambia County Sunday night.

It happened on Mobile Highway at Shire Drive just after 9 p.m.

Florida Highway Patrol says a 21-year-old Pensacola man crossed the center line in his Sedan and collided with a car. A pickup truck swerved to avoid the accident, but couldn’t.

The 21-year-old man was flown to the hospital with critical injuries.

The driver and passenger in the second car — a 26-year-old Foley man and 31-year-old Foley woman — were hospitalized with serious injuries.
