Three people were injured Friday morning at a high-rise building in Surfside where construction work was being done, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials confirmed.
According to MDFR, units responded to the building in the 9100 block of Collins Avenue after receiving a “medical call with traumatic injuries.”
Officials confirmed that there were “three patients,” one of whom was transported by ground to a local hospital.
No other details were immediately released.
