The eastbound exit ramp to northbound Interstate 75 in Columbia County was closed Monday morning following a deadly crash involving an overturned semitruck, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The incident happened around 4:10 a.m. on the eastbound exit ramp of Interstate 10. According to FHP, the semitruck overturned and stopped on its roof.
The 67-year-old driver from Georgia died, according to troopers.
The exit ramp has reopened, according to FHP.
