Semi-truck crash on I-95 in St. Johns County causes rush hour backups at International Golf Parkway

Emergency crews were on the scene of a crash involving a semi-truck on I-95 South in St. Johns County Tuesday afternoon.

As of 3:45 p.m., two southbound lanes were blocked near International Golf Parkway.

All lanes reopened just before 5 p.m.

St. Johns County Fire Rescue said one person was injured following a crash between a semi-truck and a car.

It had been raining in the area Tuesday afternoon, but it’s unclear if weather was a factor in the crash.
