Alabama man killed in multi-vehicle crash on State Road 285

An Alabama man is dead following a three-vehicle crash on State Road 285 at mile marker 13. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the man was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.

Of the other two drivers only one sustained minor injuries, while the other was reported to be unharmed. Identities of those involved have not been released. State Road 285 was reopened at 7:45 pm.

FHP is currently investigating the incident to determine the cause of the crash. Further details will be provided as the investigation continues.
