A man is in custody after being shot early Thursday morning at The Flats at Ninth Avenue apartment complex in Pensacola. A woman endangered her 2-month-old baby girl by holding her in her arms during a violent rampage in Deerfield Beach Tuesday, leading to her arrest on child abuse and neglect charges, deputies said.
