A 24-year-old woman is dead after she crashed her car into a tree, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO). According to PBSO, Jacqueline Funes, was driving her 2024 Honda Accord on Pratt Whitney Road when all of a sudden her car veered sharply to the left. A 28-year-old Alabama woman was killed in a two-vehicle, head-on collision Thursday in Okaloosa County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The wreck happened shortly before 7 p.m. in the area of State Road 189, or Galliver Cutoff, and Stanley Lane. The woman, from Red Level, Ala., was driving an SUV, the FHP said. Police officers arrived after midnight Thursday at a two-bedroom house in Miami’s Flagami neighborhood. Officer Arturo Moradiellos reported Yohandra Ramos-Gonzalez opened the door of the house near Southwest 58 Avenue and Second Terrace. A man was shot at a gun range in Sarasota on Wednesday. Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said that they went to High Noon Guns at 4583 Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota around 3:30 p.m. after a report of a man shot.
