A man was arrested Friday for vehicular homicide in a deadly crash on Interstate 10 in Jacksonville last Sunday that sent multiple people to the hospital.  According to an arrest warrant, the man is also facing charges for domestic battery in the moments leading up to the crash.  A man was struck and killed early Wednesday in Orange County, shutting down a busy intersection, officials said. The deadly wreck happened just before 4 a.m. on Princeton Street near Silver Star Road. At least 1 killed when SUV plows into cement fence in Tamarac

Photo by: (WPLG) At least one person has died after an SUV crashed into a cement fence in Tamarac Wednesday morning. The crash occurred in the area of West Commercial Boulevard, just east of Northwest 64th Avenue. A Local 10 News crew was at the scene as a tarp covered the passenger side and windshield of the vehicle. A large hole could be seen in the fence. Traffic was closed off during the investigation. A crash in Cocoa killed one person Tuesday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol. The crash happened on northbound Interstate 95 near mile marker 204 at around 11:45 a.m. A 2005 Nissan Titan was traveling northbound in the outside lane with a ruptured tire, causing the driver to overcorrect. Fatal crash under investigation on Edwards Road near South 23rd Street

A man died Monday after a head-on traffic crash on Edwards Road near South 23rd Street, according to St. Lucie County Sheriff Keith Pearson. The crash, which left Olan Hayse McCroan 72, of Fort Pierce, dead happened shortly before 9 a.m. McCroan’s vehicle was traveling west on Edwards Road when it appeared to have drifted into the eastbound lanes where it collided in a head-on manner with a vehicle driven by a 62-year-old man, whose injuries were not considered life-threatening.
