A man was arrested after, police said, he stalked a 10-year-old girl at a Home Depot in Southwest Miami-Dade earlier this month. Hialeah police are investigating what they called a “domestic-related incident” that resulted in the stabbing of a 35-year-old woman. According to Lt.
