According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, two SUVs collided on State Road 37 at County Road 630, about 10 miles south of Mulberry, a little before 6:30 a.m. on Thursday.  PCSO reported one of the SUVs overturned. A Florida man was taken to jail after he allegedly sexually battered a child he lured from their home using the Snapchat app. Talil Maleek Vann, 22, was arrested on a charge of sexual battery on a victim under 12 years old, according to a news release from the Altamonte Springs Police Department. The fatal wreck happened around 7:35 p.m. on North Econlockhatchee Trail at Valencia College Lane. According to the FHP, the LYNX bus was traveling south on North Econlockhatchee Trail, approaching the intersection of Valencia College Lane.
