A motorcyclist was killed in Melbourne following a crash early Saturday, police said.  Officers said they responded to the area of West Nasa Boulevard and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard in response to a crash involving a Tesla and a motorcycle.  When they arrived at the scene of the crash, they found the motorcyclist had sustained life-threatening injuries.  An initial investigation revealed that the motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on West Nasa Boulevard while the Tesla driver was traveling westbound

 A 25-year-old Lake City man was killed Saturday night after overturning a pickup truck on County Road 250 in Columbia County. At approximately 10:10 p.m. on C.R. 250 near NE Thomas Camp Road, a Florida Highway Patrol report said a 2003 Toyota Tundra was traveling east when it veered off the roadway.  The report said the driver attempted to correct the vehicle’s direction, but overcorrected leading the vehicle to collide with a utility pole and overturn. The Broward County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO) wants to find the driver of a white sedan that struck and killed a young bicyclist in North Lauderdale early Thursday morning. A 45-year-old Milton man is dead after an ATV crashing into a tree overnight Friday, according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP). The crash happened in the area of Wallace Lake Road and Big Sky Drive at around 12:30 a.m. According to FHP, the ATV was traveling east on Wallace Lake Road before traveling off road and striking a tree. Troopers say the 45-year-old driver was thrown off the ATV due to the collision. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A teenage girl was injured Saturday night in a Fort Pierce shooting that started with a fight outside a community center, according to police. In a statement, the Fort Pierce Police Department explained officers were called shortly after 8 p.m. to an intersection outside the Lincoln Park Community Center, on Avenue M, after receiving a report of gunfire in the area.
