 A single vehicle was involved in a crash in Bay County. On Monday, Florida Highway Patrol said a truck tractor was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 231. The Gainesville Police Department (GPD) has confirmed that a motorcyclist died Saturday evening in a crash on East University Avenue. GPD spokesperson Brandon Hatzel said officers responded to a motorcycle-truck collision around 11:45 p.m. in the 1800 block of East University.
