Law enforcement is investigating a crash with injuries in Orlo Vista. According to Orange County deputies, someone in one of the vehicles suffered a gunshot wound. The crash happened at Powers Drive and Old Winter Garden Road. According to Orange County Fire Rescue, the crash was between a sedan and a transport bus. After a nearly four-month-long investigation, a hit-and-run suspect surrendered to Jupiter police in the case of a deadly crash. On Jan. 12, officials responded to the crash on Parkside Drive and University Boulevard in Jupiter around 7 p.m. Paramedics responded as well. A pedestrian was struck and killed by a northbound vehicle on Little Road south of Villa Entrada Tuesday night. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 38-year-old New Port Richey man was driving a Chevy Silverado northbound on Little Road when a 49-year-old Homosassa man attempted to cross the highway.
