A 47-year-old Hawthorne man was killed early Friday morning after his vehicle overturned on County Road 219A in Alachua County. The fatal rollover crash occurred at around 4:50 a.m. on County Road 219A, south of the County Road 1474 intersection, in Hawthorne. Police have arrested a man who threatened to stab two 7-Eleven gas station employees with a knife. It happened at 7-Eleven on Skyline Boulevard in Cape Coral at around 2 a.m. Tuesday. Cape Coral police said Blake Montroy tried to steal snacks and booze, and when employees began to follow him in the store, he pulled out a blade and said he would stab them. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The man who is accused of shooting and killing a 32-year-old Jacksonville woman at a Fairfax gas station was arrested Tuesday, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Officials with the Flagler Beach Police Department are investigating after a person was shot in Flagler Beach Sunday evening.
