An empty warehouse burst into flames in Bokeelia, severely damaging the building on Friday evening. A 16-year-old was hospitalized on Sunday morning after being shot in a Fort Myers neighborhood. Emergency services received a medical call around 11:54 a.m. on Desoto Avenue near Alderman Street, where the teenager was shot in the leg.
