Two people were injured in a boat crash in Sanford on Sunday, according to the Seminole County Fire Department.  The crash happened around 6:38 p.m. at 5502 Old Geneva Road in Sanford. Two boats collided, and two people were taken to the hospital. A 12-year-old girl was shot walking down the sidewalk in the 6700 block of Buffalo Avenue Thursday afternoon. The girl and her family member were walking down the street at 5 p.m. Thursday when a car drove by. The person in the car “opened fire” out the window, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
