A Cape Coral man was arrested after being accused of flipping his car in a three-vehicle crash while driving under the influence. Korey Dickens, 34, faces DUI related charges after a crash in Cape Coral early Tuesday morning. Two people were hurt after a crash sent a car smashing into a bank in Pompano Beach on Tuesday. Chopper 6 flew over the scene of a crash, where cameras captured a mangled car at the front of a Truist Bank located in the 1500 block of East Atlantic Boulevard. Same shrimp boat strikes Fort Myers Beach’s Matanzas Pass Bridge second day in a row

Just a day after a shrimp boat’s outrigger caused a major traffic disruption, the same boat hit the Matanzas Pass Bridge again on Tuesday morning. On Tuesday morning, the Florida Department of Transportation reported the the Matanzas Pass Bridge was hit by the same shrimp boat from Monday’s crash. FDOT described the boat’s outrigger striking the bridge after which, the shrimp boat backed away. A Lee County marine unit reported no visible damage to the bridge, and the bridge remains open.

An argument over dominoes led to a chain reaction that ended with gunfire.
