Witness video shows the driver who survived dropping off an Interstate 95 ramp on Saturday near the Miami River in Downtown Miami. Good Samaritans helped the man to get out of a sports utility vehicle through the front window, which shattered on West Flagler Street, below two I-95 southbound ramps. JSO: Teen, woman shot in 2 separate Jacksonville shootings on city’s Westside

Two separate shootings on Jacksonville’s Westside Thursday night left a teen and woman injured, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. Police said the shootings happened 17 minutes apart from each other – the first one at 9 p.m., and the other at 9:17 p.m. In the first shooting, JSO Sergeant Dishman said officers arrived at a local hospital to meet the teen after the shooting had already occurred.
